No matter your choice of outdoor sport or fitness level, Hoka Shoes has a style and model to suit everyone in the family.
While their line-up is focused on running and walking shoes, Hoka’s got training and gym shoes, sandals, orthopaedic shoes, hiking and trail running shoes as well as clothing, socks and accessories to complete your look.
Founded in France in 2009 by two former Salomon employees, Hoka moved to Deckers Brands, a footwear distributor based in the Santa Barbara area, in 2013.
Hoka offers a great return policy too. If you’re not completely satisfied, send the shoes back within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund or product exchange.
With so many great models and colourways available, we chose two women’s everyday running/walking shoes to feature from their latest collection as we spend more time outdoors around town and on the trails. And they’re even vegan!

BONDI 8
One of the hardest working shoes in the HOKA lineup, the Bondi has been redesigned to feature softer, lighter foams and a brand-new extended heel geometry, including a heel pull tab for ease in putting on and taking off.
These neutral shoes are engineered for everyday runs and walking, with both a pillowed tongue and higher soft cushion bed to help absorb impact on hard surfaces.
The Bondi 8’s mesh construction adds breathable comfort while the memory foam collar cradles your ankles.

Arahi 6 vs Bondi 8
While the Arashi 6 has an elongated look, a slightly narrower fit as well as a more pronounced heel tab than the wider Bondi, I felt solid support while test-driving both models on concrete and trail walks.
