This week’s pool party at the Loden Hotel’s Halo Penthouse was a fitting way to slowly exit summer. Guests were invited to sample BBQ from the Tableau Bar and Bistro culinary team headed by Executive Chef Marc-André Choquette.
Tasty sliders, hot dogs, salads, toasted marshmallow concoctions, gourmet cupcakes and a variety of drinks complemented the sunny, colourful theme.
What added to the atmosphere were attractive guys and gals dressed in classic 50’s beachwear, splashing around at the inflatable pool and posing for us, while listening to live and audio entertainment throughout the lavish 1,600 square foot penthouse with wrap-around decks offering incredible city views.
The Halo Penthouse can be customized for any occasion. Earlier this year, I attended a bridal soirée there, with shades of pastel to tie in with that event’s theme.
