We recently received one of Twelve South’s newest Mac-friendly devices for charging an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods on the go: The ButterFly.

Charging on the go is made simpler with this dual charger, so that both your Apple Watch and iPhone stay charged no matter where you are.
This unique fold-out MagSafe charger comes with four international plug adapters (US, UK, EU, AU) so you can take the ButterFly to most places around the globe.

Once fully opened, the ButterFly can charge your iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. With a flip-up of the Apple Watch base, you can also place your Watch in Nightstand mode.
When flipped outwards, the compact ButterFly charges an iPhone in StandBy mode, ideal for nightstands or hotel desks.

The ButterFly MagSafe Charger (15W) is compatible with All iPhone models 12 to 15 (including Mini/Pro/Max), AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd gen), AirPods (3rd gen), and AirPods with Wireless charging case.
The Apple Watch fast charger (5W) is compatible with all Apple Watch models (series 1-9, Ultra and SE) as well as AirPods Pro (2nd gen).
We tested it with an Apple Clear case with MagSafe on both an iPhone 14 and 15 and it works just fine (we can’t confirm whether all cases will work with the charger).
There’s a strip of vegan leather that connects both halves and its shell is constructed using anodized aluminum. The exterior design nicely compliments Apple’s product line.
The ButterFly folds to 6.3 x 2.5 cm (2.25” x 1”), ships with a 30W USB-C power adapter (including plug adapters mentioned above), a sturdy, braided USB-C cable and a velvet drawstring travel pouch.
