Macarons

Looking for colourful sweet delights to greet spring? Faubourg’s three Vancouver locations will again participate in Macaron Day, Monday, March 20.

Launched by Parisian pastry chef Pierre Hermé in 1995, Macaron Day is not only an opportunity to celebrate spring with gorgeous French decadent treats but also to raise donations to help those in need. This tradition has spread around the world and 2017 marks the seventh year that Vancouver bakeries and pastry shops will join forces.

On Macaron Day, purchase Faubourg’s signature Parisian-style macarons at $1.50 each and Faubourg will donate every dollar of proceeds to a local charity. In total, there will be over 10,000 decadent beauties sold until they’re all gone (last year, all were bought up by mid-afternoon).

LOCATIONS

Downtown/769 Hornby Street
Kerrisdale Village/2156 West 41st Avenue
West Vancouver at Park Royal/792 Main Street
