Vancouver TheatreSports™ presents the continuing Christmas Queen saga, Christmas Queen 2 – You Better Watch Out, set at the North Pole and Santa’s Workshop. VTSL’s popular improvised fairy tale sees the larger-than-life Christmas Queen drop in on ol’ Santa and create a little chaos in the week leading to the big day.
Will Rudolph guide the sleigh that night? Will all the toys be finished on time? Why has the Queen got Santa locked in a store room? All the twists and turns of the plot are determined by the audience. Along the way, you can expect to meet the quirky inhabitants of the North Pole who must band together to rescue Santa and save their jobs.
Christmas Queen 2 draws inspiration from the British pantomime (or panto), a form of theater containing a lot of physical humour, singing and audience participation! The seven-person cast varies per night, making Christmas Queen 2 a truly unique and crazy fun production this holiday season.
