Givenchy fans rejoice: L’Interdit is currently being honoured in a collector’s edition, adorned with black lace, an ode to Hubert de Givenchy and Clare Waight Keller, both fans of the delicate, yet sultry fabric.
The blend fuses contrasting notes of white floral and a dark accord, created by master perfumers Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo and Fanny Bal. It’s a beautiful scent and features a 4G logo in silk-screened black lace with a matching box. Find L’Interdit Couture at Hudson’s Bay. 50 ml, CAD $116
Adding to the Couture lineup is Le Rouge and Prisme Libre, also adorned with a new design straight from Clare Waight Keller’s first runway show for the fashion house. Both include a bold red and blue camouflage-meets-tiger print.
Paraben-free Le Rouge N° 304 Mandarine Boléro (CAD $50) takes on an intense, pigment-rich orange/red shade delivering a semi-matte finish in a limited-edition patterned case while Prisme Libre N° 1 Mousseline Pastel (CAD $75) contains a quad box with four loose powders in complementary shades, for a perfectly matte and radiant complexion with a sheer finish.
Both makeup products are available at Sephora and Holt Renfrew/Ogilvy stores across Canada.
