When we think of L’Occitane products, we not only consider the quality of their ingredients but the in-store service experience as well. Even during these pandemic times, you’re still welcome to test their out skincare, wellness and fragrance items.
During a recent visit to one of their Vancouver boutiques, I was introduced to a couple of hand care products (via a self mini hand treatment) and discovered two nourishing shea butter items to consider for our winter at-home ritual: Intensive Hand Balm and One-Minute Hand Scrub, great to give as a gift duo.
This season, the French luxury brand launched a recycled aluminum Shea Butter Hand Cream tube with a limited-edition design by French illustrator Mathilde Cabanas. And speaking of sustainability, did you know that you can bring in used beauty and skincare containers – even non-L’Occitane ones – for a 10% discount on your next L’Occitane item?
They’ll accept everything from lip balm and hand cream tubes, facial cleanser and body lotion bottles, hair care packaging such as pumps and caps from shampoo and conditioner, plus refill pouches. All will go into a bin to be recycled off-site.
For every purchase of L’Occitane’s best-selling collections through December 25, a dollar will be donated to One Tree Planted to preserve biodiversity and to help the environment by planting trees.
