I was invited out to last night’s premiere of OLN Canada’s Get Stuffed, a brand new TV program with four contestants that go head to head in some of the craziest festivals around North America.
Mini sliders and other appetizers were served to get in the “Get Stuffed” mood.
Get Stuffed is produced by WorldWide Bag Media, and follows the adventures of Erin Simms, Josh Rice, Ryan “6 Pack” Lapadat and Kalyn Miles. The four compete in offbeat contests from greased pig races to ostrich races and beyond.
Each episode pairs two of the four contestants against one another as they partake in physical challenges, all the while plotting a secret punishment dish that the loser of the overall competition in each episode must attempt to eat.
Episode One featured Chandler, Arizona’s ostrich races.
It was pretty harsh to watch this week’s loser try to devour “The Deuce“: Road Runner Restaurant’s famous concoction consisting of two pounds of Angus beef topped with jack cheddar, swiss and pepper jack cheeses, cherry wood smoked bacon, ham, two fried eggs, beer-battered onion rings, avocado, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, all sandwiched between three grilled cheese sandwiches. And a pound of French fries plus a pound of onion rings.

The series launched last night at 6 PM PST on OLN Canada. Both Kalyn Miles and Josh Rice were in attendance, talking about their experiences during the show’s tapings.
The network had originally planned on two finalists, but in the end, four were chosen. The men and women will be mixing it up in future episodes (last night’s premiere saw Erin and Kalyn competing in Arizona racing ostriches, amongst other challenges)!
Each half hour episode will air on Tuesday evenings, for the next 12 weeks. Follow all four contestants on Twitter:
