Saluwaki (Fijian for a collection of indigenous herbs and spices) offers a concept dining experience showcasing Fijian-inspired Asian tapas. Using locally sourced ingredients, Saluwaki presents small-plate culinary delights served on handcrafted Kigoromo Japanese dishware. With an open kitchen, guests can now enjoy a flavourful and inspired journey through Asia. The intimate setting provides 28 seats for a “once during your stay” dining experience.

Launched in collaboration with the award-winning Ahura Resorts Conservation Foundation, the Na Vanua Conservation Hub offers guests a unique, hands-on opportunity to engage with and to support local ecosystems and Fijian culture.

The Hub focuses on conservation efforts such as reforestation, mangrove restoration, the critically-endangered Fiji Crested Iguana conservation program, coral planting, herb garden tours, back-of-house waste and recycle tours as well as the Foundation’s key support project, a local village kindergarten. It also embodies the Foundation’s three key pillars: Above the Sea, Below the Sea, and Community, highlighting the importance of sustainability and cultural preservation.

The waters surrounding Malolo Island are in a protection zone as mandated by the Paramount Chief of Malolo Island and includes the private island of Mociu (Honeymoon Island), designated for the exclusive use of resort guests.

All resort bures have been refreshed, with 11 beachfront bures now featuring private plunge pools, offering even more luxurious, oceanfront accommodations for ultimate relaxation and privacy. In addition, each bure’s interior has been repainted, including the interior wooden floors. New wallpaper and new bathroom tapware have also been added, complemented by a new range of bathroom amenities, smart TVs with sound bars and espresso coffee machines. The resort’s over-water bures have also received extra luxe bathroom amenities.

In case you find the need to connect, high speed WiFi capacity has been boosted with additional access points connected to Starlink satellite. 

Daily complimentary still and sparkling bottled water for guests will be produced for both Likuliku and sister resort Malolo Island Resort, and presented in recycled branded glass bottles made in the resorts’ own recycling plant.
