Located inside downtown Vancouver’s Westin Bayshore Hotel, H Tasting Lounge’s outdoor patio has blossomed into an enchanting botanical garden.
This unique setting features sparkling translucent domes styled with floral accents and climbing vines. Lots of ‘Grammable moments here, with a flower wall to boot.
Diners can either indulge in their signature afternoon tea or choose from a curated menu that includes delights such as Kusshi oysters, truffle fries, macro bowls, jumbo lump crab cake, Miso Ling cod and beef striploin. Several tempting desserts await following dinner too — I’ve got my eyes on that salted caramel brownie with vanilla bean gelato.
Safety Measures in Place
– Masks required when travelling through the restaurant and outside of the domes (they can be removed inside the dome).
– Hand sanitizer stations at all restaurant entrances and exits leading out to the domes.
– Staggered reservations to ensure only one dome is seated at a time.
– Reservations are spaced to allow adequate time for cleaning and sanitizing between seatings.
– Throw pillows, blankets are changed after each reservation and sanitized prior to each reuse.
– Dome furniture and high touch-points are sanitized thoroughly after each reservation with a disinfecting peroxide spray.
– Servers wear appropriate face coverings and sanitize hands before entering domes.
– All staff members’ temperature is taken at the start of each shift.
