Dish 'n' Dazzle banner

Wines of Chile is proud to present Dish ‘n’ Dazzle, a wine-tasting fundraiser benefitting the BC Hospitality Foundation. This organization helps offer financial assistance and medical benefits to those in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry who are in need. It started in 2006, when Michael Willingham, a long-time wine agent, needed a costly surgery and rehabilitation time. His surgery was financed by the organization, which later recognized the need for a trust fund that would aid others in the industry. Since then, BC Hospitality Foundation has helped via matching donations, fundraising events, and community scholarships for aspiring culinary students.

Wines of Chile

I attended the Wines of Chile event last year and had a great time learning about various Chilean wines while meeting some great people in the wine industry! This year only 400 tickets will be available for an event showcasing 12 Vancouver restaurants, over 20 wineries, a “sour themed” cocktail competition, along with live entertainment and a silent auction.
