Smack in between seasons, CND Nails has launched Nude The Collection in both Shellac and Vinylux formulas.
These four skin-toned nudes (Uncovered, Unlocked, Unmasked, Unearthed) are subtle shades that give your digits an elegant look before spring comes to brighten your world.
Unlocked has a slight mauve tint to it, while Uncovered reveals blush pink. The closest shade similarities are Unmasked and Unearthed.
Unmasked is more a classic beige while Unearthed has a taupe vibe.
All four shades are easy to pair with dark jackets, denim or bright prints. I think it comes down to what colour looks best with your skin tone.
I’m currently loving Unearthed — it’s just the right tint to compliment my skin.

As for the two sets, Shellac (applied at your salon using a UV lamp to set) provides 14 days of wearability and Vinylux promises a week’s worth of chip-resistancy.
Vinylux retails for CAD $12.50 per bottle and is currently available at your favourite salon (or check CND’s salon finder.)
