Ready for a challenge to top off a sunny Vancouver summer? Get ready for some action-packed stand up paddle racing at picturesque Jericho Beach on Saturday, August 15 during the 2015 Vancouver SUP Challenge.
Get onto the water with the top riders in the 5km distance, 3km course or 2km recreational course races. New this year, organizers have added a youth race (16 and under).
The Overall Champion (Men 14′, Women 12’6″) of the Vancouver SUP Challenge will be the combined top placings of either the distance race or course race, sprints and fun relay. The day will be capped off with a BBQ, awards ceremony, music and prizes.
Two-time Molokai to Oahu SUP Champion Travis Grant will lead a two-hour race clinic on the morning of the event being held at Jericho Sailing Centre.

2 pm | 2km Recreational/Youth (16 and under)
3 pm | 3km
4 pm | Kids Fun Paddle (12 and under)
5 pm | Sprints (Men 14′, Women 12’6″ boards)
6 pm | 3-Person Fun Relay
7 pm | BBQ, Awards and Music
