Ready for whatever winter’s got to throw at ya? The new KEEN Elsa Boot is not only cute, but it’s warm, cozy and waterproof, in other words, perfect for wet West coast weather.
I picked out the Elsa in Dress Blue in navy blue featuring patterned red, white, turquoise and blue on each side. The furry interior is temperature rated to -4F/-20C. I unboxed them, put them on to wear around the office and haven’t taken them off all day!
This city boot is great for blustery days along the seawall, chilling out at the lodge après ski or tucking into skinny jeans or casual leggings and long skirts. The boots sport a cool leather KEEN logo while the rear has a loop good for grabbing the boot and pulling them on.

They’re lightweight and contain a non-marking rubber outsole, sherpa fleece collar with a PU leather and textile upper. The underfoot barrier is heat-reflecting to maintain warmth where you need it most (and where heat escapes the fastest).
The metatomical footbed is designed to provide good arch support while cradling the foot’s natural contour for all-around comfort.
KEEN’s really hit its mark with the Elsa. They’re just the ticket for so many occasions that I know I’ll be getting good use out of them right into spring.
Available in three solids and three patterned motifs, KEEN’s Elsa boot retails for CDN $150 (US $130).
