Earlier today, media were invited to the Rosewood Hotel Georgia to check out some of Banana Republic, Gap, and Old Navy’s summer collections.
Banana Republic
Banana Republic’s Creative Director Marissa Webb designed the upcoming season’s collection, including safari-inspired khaki sleeveless dresses, Heritage Collection leather shorts, as well as pieces containing eyelets and floral prints — basically a mix-and-match esthetic to keep the wardrobe fresh.
Herringbone accessories and bold mixed metallic jewellery complete the BR Summer 2015 lineup.
Gap
I noticed lots of whites and pastels, along with white-washed, lightweight denim, maxi dresses, soft pants, printed dresses and casual resort/beach wear on the rack.
Old Navy
Old Navy features easy-wearing pieces with lots of globally-inspired printed tops, embroidery-accented shift dresses, tie-waist drapy pants and swim cover ups. I’m really liking this navy and white Southwest-inspired sleeveless top with a cutout back design that mimics the Aztec pattern.
Both GapFit and Old Navy Active lines figure prominently in the summer lineup.
