Another great new addition to the show is The Paint Bar! Enjoy a glass of wine and make your mark, big or small, on a complimentary communal canvas provided by Raw Canvas. Smocks and coveralls will be provided.
If your kids are just a tad too old for the Daycare Centre (mentioned below), you can send them off to the One of a Kind Jr. area, hosted by DeSerres. A DIY arts and crafts space for kids 8 and up, it’ll be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Shoppers will also be able to check out the bistro and wine bar (new this year), making the event more of a day or evening out rather than a shopping excursion with a list in hand.
Handy to know:
– Daycare Centre provided by Nannies on Call, for kids 2-8. This service is on a first come, first serve basis with a two hour time limit.
– Complimentary gift wrapping, courtesy of Langara College’s Design Formations program students.
– A parcel check service where staff will check in your shopping bags and carry them out to your car, free of charge.
