On July 28 from 1 to 3 pm, the Museum of Vancouver will present Pi Theatre’s workshop readings from Livepod – Visions of Vancouver. Five Vancouver playwrights – Dennis Foon, Kevin Loring, Michele Rimi, Michael St. John Smith and Adrienne Wong – will participate in expressing their unique view of our city.

The workshop of the scripts in progress is part of the Vancouver 125 celebrations. Tickets are free for MOV members (rsvp [at] museumofvancouver [dot] ca) or by sliding scale admission (suggested donation: $5 – $10).

The completed short plays will be performed at Livepod this fall at CBC Studio. The short plays are in the spirit of films such as New York I Love You and Paris Je T’aime. They will be performed live and recorded for later internet broadcast – theatre for our ‘mediatized age’.

Livepod – Visions of Vancouver

Venue: Museum of Vancouver, 1100 Chestnut Street, Vancouver
Time: 1 to 3 pm
