Come experience a piano accompanied modern version of “Cosi fan tutte – The School for Lovers” in Kitsilano, for two performances only. This is the classic tale of two engaged couples who, after a mischievous wager, are forced to examine the nature of love and commitment through a few hilarious bumps in the road. Cosi fan tutte is an entertaining, engaging, and enormously funny opera that will make a Mozart fan out of even the most casual operagoer.
This is an inaugural performance series for the Vancouver Summer Opera Studio, an organization that trains aspiring opera singers over the course of a three week program. The culmination of this program will lead to staged performances of Cosi fan tutte on July 23 and 24th.
