On Tuesday, March 27, Mission Kits (2042 West 4th) will host a five-course collaboration vegetarian dinner featuring Chefs Curtis Luk and Jeremy Kershe.
Chef Curtis Luk has garnered a reputation for exceptional ‘veggie skills’, producing meals often described as ‘the best meal I’ve ever had’ — from meat eaters! This culinary wizardry was honed both at the Parker (vegetarian) Restaurant and at Mission Kits, the latter opened by Chef Luk two and a half years ago via a celebrated vegetarian tasting menu.
Chef Jeremy Kershe has worked with Fable Kitchen for over two years and currently leads the farm-to-table kitchen there under mentorship of Chef Trevor Bird, Fable’s executive chef and owner. Chef Kersche’s culinary career began in 2005 in Australia.
