Mark your calendars! Canada’s award-winning Pumpkins After Dark returns to Burnaby’s Swangard Stadium and Central Park next month. A fun-filled celebration of the Halloween spirit, guests can explore stunning hand-carved pumpkin displays together with music, culinary treats (provided by local food trucks), sounds and special effects.
Pumpkins After Dark invites visitors to embark on a mesmerizing journey through a pumpkin pathway, where they’ll find themselves surrounded by awe-inspiring Halloween scenes crafted from thousands of intricately hand-carved pumpkins.
These gorgeous displays come to life with synchronized music, sounds, and special effects, creating a truly immersive experience for attendees of all ages. Roaming performers will add to the atmosphere.
We attended this family-friendly event last year and were captivated by the craftsmanship of the Insta-worthy creations we saw.
With classic Halloween characters, dinosaurs and dragons, movie and pop culture icons, Pumpkins After Dark offers something for everyone, from October 6 to October 31.
Tickets are now on sale, so come join the fun in Burnaby this season as the leaves change colour and the pumpkins take the spotlight. Public transportation is recommended (nearest SkyTrain is Patterson Station) as there is limited parking onsite.
