In time for spring, Swallowtail Secret Supper Club has announced a seven-course pop-up dining experience on Saturday, April 16 at a secret location in the city!
Chef Robin Kort will include foraged ingredients such as spring porcini, nettles, flowering currant blossoms, cattail shoots, maple blossoms, miner’s lettuce, sea beans and bracken fern to create seasonal dishes that promise a unique evening of culinary treats.
There’s even handmade nettle pasta on the menu! Join other Vancouver foodies for this vegetarian-friendly evening of food and conversation, starting at 6:30 pm. Tickets are available here; location of event to be provided at the time of booking.
