Last night, the Vancouver Club was filled with film directors, producers, actors, fans and media alike for the 32nd Annual Vancouver International Film Festival opening gala.

The posh and historic Vancouver Club was the perfect venue to greet the guests, many dressed in the night’s chosen theme attire: steampunk.

Congrats to Leap For Your Life cast and crew, who were chosen as pick of VIFF’s Must See BC Audience Award!
I normally feature the VIFF Monthly Cinema Salon, however this month the film fest has taken over the October slot, so go out and enjoy films from around the world. There’s 341 films from 75 countries to choose from. Nine screens (at seven Vancouver venues) will take in over 500 screenings through October 11.
