Royal Feet Reflexology is a Vancouver wellness centre focusing on healthcare, therapy, and relaxation. They specialize in reflexology (foot massage), acupressure (Chinese style body massage), and sports injury-related acupuncture.
And they’ve also been great in treating my recent knee problem, so I can personally vouch for both the level of service and effectiveness of the treatments I’ve been receiving (acupuncture and sports massage).

Acupuncture encourages the body to promote natural healing by inserting sterilized needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at very precise acupuncture points located on meridians through which chi vital energy runs. There is minimal pain involved as the needles are much thinner than the needles used in blood tests and preventative injections.
