The Arc’teryx Atom LT Hoody, part of the Arc’teryx Essentials collection, is a super soft, cozy, hip-length jacket that’s awesome for chilly spring days.
It feels like a warm and cozy lightweight sleeping bag hugging your body! The Atom LT Hoody (available for both women and men) is a lightweight, breathable and insulated jacket that functions as a three-season staple.
I really like the detailing in the Atom, from the contrasting piping at the hood to the stretch-knit cuffs. The jacket’s sporty yet stylish enough to be paired with jeans and boots.
Its sides are constructed with a form-fitting, power stretch Polartec fabric to offer ventilation.
Arc’teryx designed the Atom LT Hoody with Coreloft™, a synthetic insulation containing short polyester staple fibres in large fibre diameters to help increase overall air permeability which in turn improves moisture vapor transfer and temperature regulation. It not only dries quickly but retains warmth when wet.

Cyclists will be happy to know that the hood will fit a bike helmet too. The Atom LT is ideal for beach walks, alpine hikes, skiing, boarding and snowshoeing.
What’s great about layerable, synthetic insulation is how easy it is to care for. To wash the Atom LT, use a front-loading washer (if you own a top-loading machine, pop the jacket into a mesh bag first).
