Penticton BC-based Cannery Brewing Company’s Maple Stout is the ideal fall/winter seasonal brew.
Right at the nose, we detected maple sugars and caramel. This dark brown-coloured stout (5.5% alcohol) won the Gold Medal in the Special Honey/Maple Lager or Ale category earlier this year at the 2014 Canadian Brewing Awards.
