Women in Tech Week Vancouver

The Women in Leadership Foundation (WIL), a national non-profit organization, is launching Women in Tech Week (WinTech) throughout Canada from February 27 to March 3.

Women in Tech Week brings together local tech communities across Canada to recognize the contributions women have made in the tech industry and highlight opportunities to engage women and youth in the future, encouraging dialogue, networking as well as recruiting professionals working in the tech sector.

This initiative also helps young women and youth explore the technology industry as well as showcase emerging career opportunities.

As a WinTech media partner, I’m proud to support a wonderful week of professional, supportive events in our city. Attendees can expect to attend a forum, TED-style talks, mixers and an awards gala hosted by WIL and partnering sponsors. Outside of Vancouver, events will take place across the country in Toronto, Regina, Winnipeg and Kelowna.
