On February 22, Vancouver Foodster returns with a new event: Taste the World. If last summer’s sold-out One Year Anniversary dining experience serves as any indication, this event promises to be another fantastic evening of delicious food and wine.

There are two types of tickets available. You can choose from either a food passport that includes six mini-courses from each of the restaurants, or upgrade to the food and wine passport that will add six wine pairings to enjoy with the dishes.

The event will be held at Venue on Granville Street in Vancouver, starting at 6 pm.

Taste the World’s participating restaurants include Atithi (India), Bentons Cheese (France), Calabash Bistro (Caribbean), Charm Modern Thai (Thailand), Dona Cata (Mexico), and Fresh Local Wild (New York).

The world’s finest cuisines at your doorstep!

There’s also a range of talent lined up for the evening: DJ Jaala Wanless spinning vinyl, Dustin Timms showcasing his art live on-site, Gio Escueta singing and playing guitar, dance performances and more!

You must be 19 years of age or older to attend. All tickets must be purchased in advance, including wine passports. There are no exchanges or refunds, however the tickets are transferable with printed proof of ticket purchase.

Tickets are available through Eventbrite. Event sponsors are Lonsdale Event Rentals and The Adelphia Group.
