Sweets include white chocolate and yuzu mousse, mango pudding, and candied ginger loaf with orange glaze, as well as afternoon tea classics such as butter and orange-infused scones with house made clotted cream and a selection of jams. We loved the orange marmalade and strawberry jams on the afternoon of our visit.

You can select from 18 different tea sorts, from green tea with jasmine flowers to single estate Darjeeling tea.
