Aritzia on Robson Street

Innovative design house and fashion boutique Aritzia is set to expand their Robson Street flagship store with an additional 4,800 square feet, bringing the Aritzia and Wilfred boutiques to over 13,000 square feet on one of Vancouver’s favourite shopping streets.

Design elements include an indoor raised garden, marble slab wall, prototype merchandising fixtures, curated art pieces and a gentle cast-in-place concrete ramp.

As opposed to simply expanding Aritzia’s existing store, the space aims to celebrate both the evolution and variety of their collections. Similar to a contemporary art gallery, the expansion will allow diffused natural light to fill the open space at 1003 Robson Street.

Founded by Brian Hill in 1984 (with its first Vancouver boutique opened that same year), Aritzia now has over 70 locations and employs more than 2,300 employees in select cities across North America, including Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, New York, San Francisco and Chicago.
